Halo 2 glitch guide
The energy sword is the wepon you are going to use throught the glitch, the way it works
is simple you pull the right trigger when your target marker is in red. You will lunge towards them and either destroy their
energy shield or kill them, the chances of it laying in a one hit kill is far higher than just destroying the opponents shield.
The Sword flying glitch simplified
1. (Player 1) Get in a
Warthog's passenger seat, with an energy sword.
2. (Player 2) stand inside player 1’s target marker, for this to work, the target marker must
be in red.
3. (Player 1) hit R, (the right trigger) there will be a noise, but no attack.
4. (Player 2) jump in a banshee, and bugger off to the other side of the map. Stay in the banshee,
or jump out the banshee it doesn’t matter as long as you are far away from player one .
5. (Player 1, still inside the warthog passenger seat) aim some where up high with the energy sword
then hold the X button. You will do a huge energy sword lunge, all the way over the map. (depending on how far player one
went.)
Longer energy sword lunge
For this awesome sword glitch, you will need an energy sword and a weapon with a scope. Aim at an
enemy (with energy sword in secondary) with the scope weapon but with out the actually having the scope on, the target marker
must be red. Then with the scope aim at the enemy and wait very roughly about 7 seconds, then in a very rapid random fassion
hammer the Y button and the right trigger, you must be very fast. You will do a very long enery sword lunge.
Cancelling
This method is called cancelling, it is called this because you cancel out the opponents energy
sword lunge. (as your reading this your thinking HELL YES !)
First things first if you are aiming at player 2 with an energy sword, and the target markers
in red you hit the right trigger and press the X button and you stop dead, well done you cancelled out you own move.
If you hammer the right trigger and the X button with an energy sword your sword will move VERY fast
but will not do any damage is you do this while the opponent is lunging towards you, you can cancel out the opponents attack.
Then as the opponents sitting wondering what happened you can do an attack straight after.
Ghost Lunge
This is not one of the most relieable glitches so don’t get to attached to it. When you have
energy sword, and there is an oppenent in a ghost there is some tricks to learned.
(1) some times if there is an oppenent in ghost, and they haven’t got their bost and are coming
towards you, you can hit them directly by hitting them on the very top of the bonnet. Even beter, you will lunge up on top
of the ghosts bonet leveing the oppenent open for slauter
(2) rembering the ghost has very little protection to offer to its driver you can attack them from
above the ghost. So if a ghost is trying to run you over, you can jump up and lunge down on thein head when the target marker
is in red.
(3) awesome glitch alert >>> as you know, you have to hold the X button to board an enemy
vehicle. When you hold the X button there is split second from when you start holding untill you actually do the action you
want to do. (in this case board an enemy vehicle.) If you through a grenade during this split second (in-between the holding
of the X button and the action) you will board the enemy vehicle and, when you have punch or kicked the enemy of he/she will
die as they hit the ground.
